This Senna Tea is the best I have ever tried.Because it is organic and pure Senna, with no other ingredients, it is the best for what I need.I have tried other brands from health food stores when I was unable to get this one. But now that I can order it on Amazon, it makes it so much more convenient for me and such fast delivery so I do not have to worry about running out.

Easy to use and works well. If you haven't used this type of product before maybe start slow as it can cause some discomfort at first. It does work though!

This tea does a good job of getting things moving again. For me anyways. The taste is not the greatest. I will put a little sugar in it or just chug it. Well worth it for the results. I would recommend this if you need relief in a timely manner. Never disappoints.

This tea definitely does what it says it does. The instruction says to put in water 8 hours, ive tried the 8 hours and ive tried less(about 2), the impact was definitely bigger when doing it well(8h) and didnt do much with a 2hour dip. I usually prep my glass in AM for an afternoon drink or around 3pm for before bedtime drink. I hate all kinds of tea so the taste doesnt please me but its not horrible either. Its drinkable! I drink it warm for a calm winter effect before bed. Will try it cold in summer. **Belly aches to be expected** My stomach personally cramps pretty badly the next day after drinking the tea when my body is ready to digest, but doesn't last very long. I don't usually have stomach pains or cramps so definitely not pleasant but it does what it says. I lowered consumption to once a week (cleanse weekend junk food) and occasinally add a cup here and there after having ate unhealthy.

I liked the taste. I used it for some much needed relief and it's a comfort knowing it's handy when needed.

I have tried this product cold but many people say to use hot water. The instructions say cold but the people may be right about using it with hot water to make it more effective. We'll see how it goes and update.

Just a cup of tea,... not quite. It tastes like like a nice cup of tea but the next day, you're feeling a whole lot lighter. No cramps, no gas, no pain as you get from drugs for constipation.We both tried it and couldn't believe it. It even works on people that are forever plugged up and it works gently. I think this will help anyone with a problem in that area and you can take it with you to work or vacation and it's just a tea bag, so no one ever has to know.I hope that the Seller doesn't decide to raise the price on this product because I gave it such a good review.Greed destroys sellers, I'm sure that there will be other suppliers that will be waiting to produce the same product at a lower price.You should try this tea, you have "so much to lose"

I did a 2 day fast and found myself constipated. The day I broke my fast these arrived in the mail, I soaked one in a cup of water for 8 hours and drank it before bed, just a couple hours after I broke my fast.I was tempted to put 2 tea bags in, as I wasn't sure how strong one would be after being so backed up, but I'm so glad I only did one.Drank the tea at around 12am, woke up, ate breakfast and a coffee at 2pm the next day, and it started to work almost instantly after I had my coffee. By 6pm that next day it had taken full effect. I'm glad I only tried one tea bag lol!
