RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS) : Steep 1 sachet in a cup of cold water for 8 hours. Drink one cup at bedtime. Works for 6 to 12 hours. Do not take within two hours of taking any other medication.
DURATION OF USE : Do not take any type of laxative for more than one week, except on the advice of a health care practitioner.
