All deliveries in Canada are made by default via a dedicated transport service, and you will receive an order tracking number by email. Delivery is free throughout Quebec and Ontario for purchases of $75 or more before taxes. Phytovie also frequently ships internationally. Lost packages
- It is rare for a package to be lost during shipping. If you encounter this problem, please email us at info@phytovie.ca or call toll-free at 1-800-363-7574. When a package is lost, rest assured that we will follow up with the carrier.

- Phytovie ensures that items are shipped in saleable condition and are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us.
