Order modifications and cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel an order you have just placed, please contact customer service by phone or email, indicating your order number and the changes you wish to make.

Please note that it may not be possible to modify or cancel your initial order because orders are processed as soon as they are received. Shipping charges may apply.

Returns/Exchanges or Refunds
A product ordered in error and delivered in good condition may be exchanged or refunded. However, the product must be returned in its original packaging within thirty (30) days at the customer's expense.

Gourmet Nutrition does not reimburse shipping costs for the exchange or refund of a product in good condition. Gourmet Nutrition will notify you by email of the amount refunded to your credit card in the event of a refund.

If a product does not match your order or is damaged, you must contact us immediately by phone or email so that we can assess the problem and remedy it. Photos of the damaged box showing the shipping label and tracking number, as well as the damaged products inside the box, are required in order to process any damage claims. Gourmet Nutrition will cover all costs associated with returning and reshipping the product.

No returns will be accepted for products that have been opened and/or used.

If you have allergies, be sure to check the ingredients before placing your order, as no product exchanges or refunds are possible in the event of an allergic reaction.

Important: We do not accept returns of merchandise from the United States or internationally.
