RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS) : Steep 2 tablespoons in a cup of cold water for 8 hours. Drink one cup at bedtime. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects. Do not use within 2 hours before or after taking any other medication.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENT : Each tablespoon contains 1g dried Cassia angustifolia (Senna) leaf.
