Malva + Senna is an infusion traditionally used in herbal medicine as a stimulant laxative, to promote intestinal transit by direct action on the large intestine, and for the short-term relief of occasional constipation.
Formulated from Malva verticillata and Senna (Senna alexandrina) leaves, this herbal tea works quickly and naturally to help restore proper intestinal function.
It is ideal for slowed transit, temporary digestive discomfort, or a feeling of heaviness. A simple, targeted, plant-based solution to gently restore comfort and lightness.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Each sachet contains:

1000 mg dried leaf Malva verticillata (Malva)

500 mg dried leaf Senna alexandrina (Senna)
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (ADULTS) : Pour 1 1/2 cups of boiling water over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 15 minutes. Drink hot or cold. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily as needed. It is best to start with small amounts (1/2 to 1 cup daily) and increase as needed.
PRECAUTIONS/WARNINGS : Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or any drug that may disrupt electrolytes, if you have kidney problems, or if you are taking cardiac medications. Reduce dose or discontinue use if abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, or diarrhea occurs.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTION : Hypersensitivity (e.g., allergy) may occur. If this occurs, discontinue use.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn's, ulcerative colitis)

Severe dehydration with loss of water or electrolytes
