DOSAGE: Adults: Drink 1 to 2 capsules with water and food, 3 times a day. Take a few hours before or after taking medication or health products.

When using this product, exercise caution if you are operating heavy machinery, a motor vehicle, or are engaged in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience drowsiness. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; Hypersensitivity-allergy occurs, nausea, vomiting, headache, or heartburn. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhea.
