MEDICINAL INGREDIENT : Each capsule contains 320 mg of powdered dried bark of Rhamnus purshiana (Cascara sagrada).
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : Vegetable capsule.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE (Adults) : Take 2 capsules, 1 time daily with water. Typically works within 6 to 12 hours. Do not use within two hours before or after taking any other medication.
DURATION OF USE : Do not use for more than 7 days.
WARNINGS : Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist; prior to use if you have a kidney disorder or are taking heart medication. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal cramps, spasms, and/or pain. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if outer seal is broken.
CONTRAINDICATIONS : Do not use if you have abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, hemorrhoids, or chronic gastrointestinal disturbances. Do not use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root, or any other medication that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTION : Discontinue use if hypersensitivity or allergy occurs.
