An exceptional artisanal syrup
The wild rose syrup is made from the petals wich we take 5 at a time by surrounding the flower of our fingers so as to leave the heart to allow it to grow.
It is alot of work, that we have the happiness to do in the enchanting scenery of the banks of the River and the heady scents of the rose.
From the forest to the table, each stage of picking and processing is entirely done by hand. To the petals are added sugar and a touch of acidity, for an all natural syrup with a flamboyant fuchsia dress.
