A regional syrup made with real wild blueberries
The blueberry syrup is made from real wild blueberries harvested in the Saguenay region, the same ones that are not bigger than a pea and sweet at will.
We slowly cook them with cane sugar and a touch of acidity to make a high quality artisanal syrup that we bottle by hand.
Of all the syrups we offer, the blueberry one is the most present in our culinary heritage and evokes memories of childhood picking or in our grandmother’s kitchen. We all seem to have some blueberry blood in us!
Enjoying the wild blueberry syrup
Our artisanal syrup is tasty on ice cream, cakes or pancakes, and is fully revealed in cocktails.
