In simplicity the best recepies!
It took many years for us to decide to make a blueberry jam. Instead, we wanted to promote forgotten Nordic fruits and the supermarket stalls are filled with blueberry jams …
One day when Gerald was picking, he came across a large blueberry tiller and brought it back. After a few days seeing that he was going to lose his crop, he turned the precious fruits into jam.
What an extraordinary taste. We then decided that we had to market a blueberry jam, a real one, like the one our grandmothers did. Blueberries are cooked slowly to keep them whole in a barely sweet jam, a real delight!
Taste the Blueberry jam
Our jam is enjoyed at breakfast, but also in many other ways:
WITH ICE CREAM OR SPONGE CAKE
MIXED WITH YOGURT TO MAKE ICE YOGURTS
IN SAUCE WITH MEAT
IN MUFFINS TO GIVE THEM A HEART
