Recommended dose (adults):
1 capsule 2 times per day with water.

Medicinal ingredient:
Each capsule contains 500 mg powdered dried aerial parts of Urtica dioica (Stinging nettle)

Non-medicinal ingredients:
Vegetable capsules, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.
