Milk thistle | Digestion and Liver

Recommended Dose (Adults):

1 tea bag once per day, as infusion. (Infuse 1 tea bag in one cup of boiling water for 5 minutes).

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each tea bag contains 1g dried seed and 0.5g dried leaf of Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle).

Cautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; if you are pregnant.

Known Adverse Reaction:

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. 

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
