Recommended dose (Adults):

1 tea bag 3 times per day, as infusion. Infuse 1 tea bag in one cup of boiling water for 5 minutes.

Medicinal ingredient:

Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried herb of Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet).

Cautions/Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you have asthma.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are allergic to or should avoid the use of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or other salicylates; if you have diabetes, bleeding disorders, compromised kidney or liver function.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
