Recommended Dose (Adults 18 years and over, Adolescents 12 to 17 years and children 6 to 11 years):
½ teaspoon (1 g) 2 times per day, as infusion. Infuse ½ teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water for minimum 15 minutes, filter. Take 30 minutes before travel.
Each ½ teaspoon contains 1g dried rhizome of Zingiber officinale (Ginger).
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.
