Recommended dose (adults):
Take orally 2 to 4 capsules 3 times per day with water.
Medicinal ingredient:
Each capsule contains 450 mg powdered dried seed of trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek).
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Gelatin capsule.
Duration of use:
As a diuretic: for occasional use only.
Contraindications:
Do not use if you are undergoing hypoglycemic, hormonal or anticoagulant therapy; if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors(MAOI) and/or any other medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or if you have diabetes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if exterior security seal is broken.
