Recommended Dose (Adults):
1 teabag, 1 to 3 times per day. Infuse 1 teabag in 150ml of boiling water in a covered container for 10 minutes.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Each teabag contains: 140mg leaf of Citrus aurantium (Bitter Orange); 230mg leaf of Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass); 140mg root of Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice); 520mg leaf of Mentha piperita (Peppermint); 90mg seed of Pimpinella anisum (Anise); 90mg leaf of Salvia officinalis (Sage); 280mg leaf of Lippia citridiora (Lemon Verbena).

Duration of use:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions/Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen; prior to use if you have a liver disorder; anemia or gallstones; if you suffer from heartburn and/or acid reflux. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal on bag is broken.

Contraindications:
Do not use: if you have a seizure (e.g. epilepsy); if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance; if you have hyperkalemia, high blood pressure, kidney or cardiovascular disorder; if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family such as fennel, anise, caraway, etc.

Known Adverse Reaction:
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
