 RECOMMENDED DOSE:

Children 2 to 4 years: 1 tea bag per day; Children and adolescents 5 to 9 years: 1 tea bag 2 times per day; Adolescents 10 to 14 years: 1 tea bag 3 times per day; Adults and adolescents 15 years and over: 1 to 2 tea bags, 3 times per day as infusion. Infuse in one cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT:

Each tea bag contains 1.5g dried flower of Matricaria chamomilla L. (Chamomile).

CAUTIONS/WARNINGS:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. 

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTION:

Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
