A touch of forest at the table
Our cedar jelly is created from the needles of the tree that are picked by hand, crushed then macerated cold and finally filtered. The liquid is then added with a hint of organic sugar and fruit pectin.
The result is a delicate, slightly resinous jelly with cedar and citrus flavors whose aromas evoke the forest. The secret of our artisanal jellies lies in the use of a minimum of the highest quality products.
Taste Cedar Jelly
If it has a generous scent, the cedar jelly has a smooth, light and well-balanced taste. There are of course notes of softwood but also aromas of lemon that make this local product an unusual discovery.
