Toutes les livraisons au Canada sont effectuées par défaut via le service Colis accéléré de Postes Canada ou par Purolator et vous recevrez un numéro de suivi de commande par courriel. La livraison est gratuite partout au Québec et en Ontario avec un montant d’achat de 75$ ou plus avant taxes. Phytovie livre à l’international, particulièrement en France. Pour toute question, veuillez communiquer avec notre service à la clientèle.

3. Order Confirmation:

– Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation will contain your order details as well as pickup instructions.

4. Preparation Time:

– We are committed to preparing your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that preparation time may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

5. Pick-up times:

– Pickup times are determined based on the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Friday 10h00 to 13h00

6. Required Identification:

– When you arrive for pickup, please bring your identification and your order confirmation (printed or displayed on your mobile device).

7. Recovery Procedure:

– Upon arrival, please report to the second floor.

– Our staff will be happy to help you collect your order and answer any questions you may have.

8. Cancellation or Modification of Order:

– For any order cancellations or changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time frame and nature of the request.

9. Refund Policy:

– Refunds for online orders are subject to our general refund policy. Please see our general conditions of sale for more information.

Colis perdu

It rarely happens that a package is lost during transport. If you encounter this problem, please send us an email to info@phytovie.ca or call toll free 1-800-363-7574. When a parcel is lost, be assured that we will monitor the folder with Canada Post. Canada Post sets a deadline of 10 working days from the date of complaint to respond to whether the package was found or if it is actually lost. After the tenth day, if the package is lost, we will send you the products in a second shipment or we will refund your choice. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
