Shipping Policy

All deliveries in Canada default to Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Purolator and you will receive an order tracking number by email. Delivery is free everywhere in Quebec and Ontario with a purchase amount of $75* or more before taxes. Phytovie delivers internationally, particularly in France.

Delivery costs depend on the weight and your location. The calculator will tell you the price associated at the checkout.
 
Lost parcel

It rarely happens that a package is lost during transport. If you encounter this problem, please send us an email to info@phytovie.ca or call toll free 1-800-363-7574. When a parcel is lost, be assured that we will monitor the folder with Canada Post. Canada Post sets a deadline of 10 working days from the date of complaint to respond to whether the package was found or if it is actually lost. After the tenth day, if the package is lost, we will send you the products in a second shipment or we will refund your choice. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

Items damaged in transit

Phytovie makes sure to ship the items approved condition of sale and pack them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us.
