Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, please email at info@phytovie.ca or call us at the number above. If your order already has been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it, then email or call us and ask for a return authorization number. After, you will be able to ship us back the products so that we can proceed to the refund.

Returning an order

You have 30 days following the reception date to ask for a return and refund. Products have to be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The refund will be effective on your credit card or Paypal account within 3 business days following the reception of your returned products and inspection by a dedicated person. Products have to be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Refund is effective on the paid value of the products including taxes. If you return the totality of your order, the value of shipping fees (including free shipping) will not be refunded.
